I got the bedroom tree up and decorated... and I love it's glittery little presence... |
This is the crowning touch... a dainty little crown. |
These are the ornaments I bought last year from Rebecca at A Gathering Place... |
They are so sweet! |
I got this at the Bible bookstore. I thought it was lovely. |
I had thought I would change my room to red and white for Christmas...but honestly I just never get sick of the pink! So that is on the back burner for now. |
It has been beautiful here in Florida. The weather has been in the 70's and 80's and my roses are loving it... They are blooming like crazy. |
We only live once. One chocolate covered cherry before breakfast is not going to kill you. If it makes your day go for it. Of course, I might not be the best person to advise you since I LOVE chocolate covered cherries. :D
ReplyDeleteYou had my attention from the beginning with those chocolate covered cherries. I think they should be eaten any time at all! Especially at Christmastime. Love them--and your blog! I'm following you, too!

Hi Amy Jo. Well, can I tell you that many years ago I lived on cigarettes and choclate covered cherries. What was I thinking! I haven't done cigarettes for 30 years but I haven't laid off the cherries, although not as much. My FIL used to work for K-mart and he would bring boxes of them home for me. It's a wonder I'm still alive! Thanks for your kind comments to me Amy Jo. I sort of made the garland. I bought the basic, pine and berries, then added the ribbon and all the ornaments. Those little curly things are just raffia that has been torn in strips. They came by the bag full a few years ago and I take good card of them so they will last. I haven't seen anymore around but you could make them easy enough..Have a great weekend..Judy
ReplyDeleteNow I need to go buy some cherries!
Your first picture gave me a great laugh. I am twenty weeks pregnant and I have been craving chocolate covered cherries. My box is even worse then your box I am down to only one cherry left on the second layer!
