I am feeling very uninspired.... You know the old saying that ignorance is bliss, well that is how I feel about dinner these days, and lunch, and breakfast!! Now that I know all these health reasons not to eat this and that and the other, I just feel discouraged. My husband likes very plain fair. That is OK most of the time, but with my diet restrictions, it is becoming more and more of a chore to cater to everyone in the house. Does anyone have suggestions? How do most of you cook great meals that are healthy and not BORING?
